• Providing false information may result in termination of services and possible legal action.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All fees charged are for consultancy, guidance, and file preparation only.

• Government/Embassy/Third-party fees (visa application fees, biometrics, courier, medical, etc.) are separate and borne by the client.

• Some of our services operate on a “Payment After Visa” or “No Visa, No Fee” basis. These apply only where explicitly mentioned in the agreement with the client.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be governed strictly by the service agreement signed between GuruKirpa Immigration and the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete documents within the required timelines.

• Inform us of any previous refusals, legal issues, or gaps in your academic/employment history.

• Failure to disclose relevant information may lead to application refusal, for which we are not liable.

5. No Guarantee of Visa

• We provide professional guidance and documentation assistance, but we do not guarantee visa approval.

• Visa outcomes are entirely dependent on the immigration authority’s assessment.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website (logos, text, graphics, videos, designs) is the intellectual property of GuruKirpa Immigration.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
